Release date confirmed via latest Nintendo Direct.
The date means that the game will launch across Europe day and date with the North American release.
Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze is a sequel to Wii platformer Donkey Kong Country Returns, and sees Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Dixie Kong and Cranky Kong battling against the Snomads to reclaim their island.

Tomorrow's broadcast to focus on titles launching by spring 2014.
The stream will begin at 2pm GMT and will be hosted by Nintendo President Satoru Iwata and Nintendo of Europe President Satoru Shibata.
Given that Nintendo is talking about games coming in the early part of 2014 then we hope to see more details - and perhaps a release date - for Mark Kart 8 on Wii U.
Also expect fo on Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze and perhaps something on Bayonetta 2.
For 3DS look out for Inazuma Eleven 3: Team Ogre Attacks, Mario Golf: World Tour and Mario Party: Island Tour.
